As many times as I've been to Camaradas for DJs throwing parties, I've never performed on the stage there. The Super King is always hype to rock new stages! Especially with the 'Art Of Lyrics' crew.

DJ Fredones was behind the decks during the MC Challenge I participated in at 'End of The Weak' during the summer. So I'm already aware of what he can do and I know it's gonna be a good one.

In addition you have L.I.F.E.LONG hosting who has always been a supporter of dope underground talent.

Rhinoceros Funk I've known since 'Art Of Lyrics was at CDC the Point in the Bronx a few years ago. So this will be a family vibed out, talent vibed out, HIP HOP vibed out show!!!

Remember be there 8pm, not Hip Hop, slash Colored folk time! I mean 8pm the show will start time!

So I wasn't chosen to play the Atlanta Hip Hop Festival A3C, or the New York Festival CMJ this year. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own tour based my recent album 'GONE IS THE ILLUSION'. Last night was the second gig on the tour at the West End Lounge for the Saturday Showcase, which was hosted by Lee Lawless of 'Universal Truth Machine', whom you've seen on this blog before from the Lit Lounge show I did awhile back! I rocked with two other punk bands last night called Bedpan Fight and Lemon Law, both were very dope!

This update is gonna be very brief, I'll add updates in a day or two. The Super King has been very busy, so it's been hard to squeeze in some blog time, but I got you covered! Photos and video were taken last night so that will be in the next update. Make it out to some of the gigs! My next one will be at the Delancey this Wednesday for an event called 'Mixed Pleasures'.
